Cushion Construction
Two cushion builds are available, so you can spec comfort level against budget per project.
- Standard build — three layers: latex, high-resilience purple foam, bamboo charcoal foam
- Upgraded build — four layers: adds a memory / thickened latex layer for zero-pressure seating
- Bamboo charcoal layer fitted throughout for moisture and odour control
Electric Dual-Motor Mechanism
A dual-motor drive runs each reclining section independently. The telescopic screw actuator gives smooth, precise travel without the jolt of a spring return.

Chenille Upholstery — Four Fabric Options

Packing and Loading
Each set ships as four separate modules, packed with a timber frame, woven bag, corrugated edge protection and EPE foam. Carton dimensions, gross and net weight, CBM and 20GP / 40HQ loading quantities are quoted per size on request — tell us the length you are planning and we will send the loading plan with your quotation.
